Finally, running and brisk walking helped in the healing. It’s gone now. I have added Omega3 sources into my cooking and diet. I have avoided sodas, trandfatty oils (vegetable, cotton seed oils, corn oil) ,high carbs starchy food, and all bottled fruit juices.
